AMTC provides several resources to support students through their education.

Staying true to our mission, we focus on helping students build their future with flexible education in a supportive environment. Located near the front of the building, there is an open computer lab where students can study and collaborate with others. The majority of program-specific labs also have open lab hours, as part of the FlexLab portion of their classes.

In addition, there is a self-checkout micro-market where students can purchase food, snacks, and drinks on-campus. This service is located at the front of the building, near the welcome desk.

This location is also home to the Manufacturing Days and Junkyard Wars Events.

In the fall, AMTC hosts Manufacturing Days. This event is part of a national effort to inspire high school students to pursue careers in manufacturing. At this event, local high school students can expect to get an overview of programs at AMTC as well as tour the state-of-the-art facility.

In the spring, AMTC hosts Junkyard Wars. This is a competition-based event where teams of high school students turn piles of junk into a piece of art. The teams are given a three-hour period to work on their sculpture before judging begins.
