Blackhawk Names Next WTCS District Ambassador April 14, 2020 Blackhawk Technical College is pleased to announce that Casey Bennett has been selected to participate in the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) District Ambassador program. The program selects one student from each of the state’s 16 technical college districts to act as advocates for vocational and technical education. The latest provision includes hospital beds from the Blackhawk nursing program for SSM Health facilities in both Janesville and Monroe.
