Today’s heavy trucks, whether they are construction and agricultural equipment or from another industry are more complex than ever. The Diesel and Heavy Equipment program at Blackhawk is designed to train you for a career in either "on-highway" or "off-road" industry by offering theory and hands-on instruction about diesel and heavy equipment service and repair.
By taking a broad spectrum of classes at our Center for Transportation Studies, you will be able to use the latest diesel technologies, interpret technical manuals and learn how to communicate with co-workers and customers.
