What You’ll Learn

Every industry needs great leaders. In the Leadership Development program, you will gain managerial and decision-making skills to accelerate your career. A great manager is an expert, trained to lead any type of organization. What makes the life of a leader so interesting is that it requires you to address a variety of problems in the workplace from environmental to human issues and everything in between.

To prepare you for the wide range of challenges in the workplace, this program covers a variety of topics valuable to any industry; such as human relations, health and safety, problem-solving and team building, organizational development, supervision, project management, and lean and six sigma.

Whether you want to work in manufacturing, banking, retail, education, government, or health care, these skills will prepare you to be an effective leader. This flexible program is designed to meet the needs of students who are balancing work, family, and school, so you can put your skills to use right away.
