Applying for admission is easy. Get started here.

Apply for admission to get started on your associate degree, technical diploma, or certificate program.

Interested in taking a non-credit class? No need to apply. Search and register for non-credit classes online.

Summer/Fall 2024 Registration Opening Dates

  • Monday, April 8: Veterans
  • Wednesday, April 10: Current students
  • Wednesday, April 24: New students

Complete the online application. 

Whether you're a graduating high school student, adult learner, or transfer student – the application process is free and completely online. To get started, access the online application and create an account. Once your application is created, you can select the program(s) you're interested in.

If you only want to take a class, and not enroll in a program, you can stop after step one. Please check your email for further instructions.

Submit your official transcripts.

Submit official documentation of the following:
  • High School Transcripts
  • GED or HSED
  • College Transcripts

Request Transcripts

If you've earned an associate degree or higher, the high school transcripts requirement is waived.

Check your email for instructions on your next steps.

Once you're accepted, you will attend an Advising, Registration, and Orientation (ARO) Session to help prepare you for the first day of classes.

Please Note: If not included on your transcripts, submit your official ACT, SAT, or Compass scores or take the free Accuplacer at BTC.

You can also search for scholarships and apply for financial aid to help make paying for college easier.
